01What the forum is
Two markets, one schedule
GIB Forum will be held on 3–4 February 2027 in Istanbul, at the Pullman Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center. It focuses on building new commercial connections between Turkish companies and African markets, meeting potential buyers and developing long-term business partnerships.
Through one-to-one B2B meetings, international networking opportunities and cross-sector business connections, it aims to give participants a way to reach new markets and grow their business internationally.
The forum runs over two days. Both days are built on a meeting schedule arranged in advance from the product groups and sourcing requests collected at registration.

Yes. The forum will be held on 3–4 February 2027 at the Pullman Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center.
What do the figures of 400 visitors and 60 stands mean?
They are the forum’s participation targets; they are not registrations or confirmed attendance. We will share the actual position separately once registration opens.
Do stand prices include VAT?
No. Prices for the stand packages (9–36 m²) exclude VAT; VAT is charged separately. The tax treatment of the Exhibitor Table Package is set out in the written offer.
What does a visitor package include?
Accommodation is stated as hotel class and room type: a 4-star hotel for the Classic packages and a 5-star hotel for the Platinum packages. The length of stay and any other included services are confirmed in the written offer.
Do you take payment on the site?
No. There is no payment or ticket sale on this site. The forms are for information and offer requests; payment terms are set out in the written offer.
In which languages will the forum be run?
The site is published in Turkish, English and French. The languages of the sessions and meetings will be announced on the programme page once settled.
Do you guarantee visas or travel?
No. GIB Forum does not guarantee visas, invitations, flights or hotels. Only services confirmed in writing are undertaken.
